Born from the limestone-rich slopes of Paso Robles’ prestigious Willow Creek District, the 2023 Cairjn Unlimited Devotion is a rare and captivating expression of site, craftsmanship, and exclusivity. Produced from the acclaimed Yankowski Vineyard, this wine reflects the unique combination of warm inland days, cool Pacific influences, and mineral-driven soils that have established Willow Creek as one of California’s most exciting wine-growing regions.
The vineyard’s naturally low yields concentrate flavor and intensity, producing fruit with remarkable depth, freshness, and complexity. These conditions are particularly well-suited to Graciano and Mourvèdre, varieties that thrive in the region’s Mediterranean climate while retaining vibrant acidity and aromatic precision.
Crafted in extraordinarily limited quantities (just 50 cases produced). Unlimited Devotion is made exclusively for Cairjn’s wine club and is not available to the general public. Aged in French oak to enhance texture and complexity, the wine balances power and elegance while preserving the distinctive character of both vineyard and vintage.
In the glass, the wine reveals a deep ruby hue and an evocative bouquet of violet, wild raspberry, pomegranate, and earth-kissed spice, layered with notes of forest floor, cracked pepper, and dried herbs.
